But the process of getting this item will take a while. You need to first go to Mt. Gelmir and go to the Volcano Manor to talk to Lady Tanith. I think 50 faith will allow you to use all the incantations but I could be wrong it might be 60. I would settle for no less than 50 vigor, enough endurance to have what you want equipped and not be heavy load, and the rest into whatever scales with your weapon or into mind so you can cast those incantions lol.
