City skylines not enough educated workers

When I have, some max level industry can hire up 32 employees, with jobs for highly educated, whereas the last few low density commercial I have is about 8-16 employees (Edited Note: despite being near them, so have the same amenities). High density commercial is a little bit better but not by much.The first mistake is placing stations too close to each other. In this case, it may be easier for citizens to walk or to take a bike than to wait for a metro train. Usually, my complete lines are 8-10 stations in length so avoid placing them too frequently. Another common issue is duplicating your bus lines.

I finally figured it out.. You need to level up industry with a large police station and fire station, and some parks helps too.. As these questions never go away...Cities skylines actually does a good job replicating that. In this respect, this one of the few things that models real life correctly. By keeping unemployment above 5%, Cims will work anywhere, regardless of a vacancy's educational requirement as long as there is no vacancy for their preferred work.

First, I would check your unemployment rate. If you have less than at least 3-4% unemployment then you are just short on people looking for work. I tend to keep unemployment between 10-20%.
