Received 43 Likes on 43 Posts. The firing order is the same as (most) all other 302 engines: 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8. But, the the order the wires are arranged on the distributor cap is: 1-3-4-8-6-5-7-2. The later model 302 HO motors got the 351W firing order (1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8). Prior to that, they had a different firing order (1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8). The 302's are Windsors, regardless of firing order.
