Network usage stuck at 0 bytes/S when downloading. I am currently trying to redownload Payday 2 and whenever I start the download, it goes up to 100 mb / 25.3 GB and the network usage drops to 0 and stays there. I have tried multiple things that try to fix it but none of them work.
